Frequently asked
How long does clearance take?
Straightforward air shipments with complete documents are often cleared the same day. Restricted goods, inspections or missing documents add time; we tell you upfront what to expect.
Can you clear goods that need Dubai Municipality approval?
Yes. We handle the Municipality approvals and the customs clearance together, so you deal with one team.
Do I need my own customs code?
Importers need a trade licence and a Dubai Customs client code. If you do not have one yet, we can guide you through it.
Have a shipment arriving soon?
Send us the airway bill or bill of lading and we'll tell you what's needed.
